Yes! Initial consultations are always free. Our approach is tailored to your specific needs. We take the time to get to know you, your business, and the unique challenges that you are currently facing.
02 How often do I meet with my Turnaround Team Advisor?

That depends on your specific needs and circumstances, however we normally recommend that you meet with your Advisor on a set weekly basis.
03 How many advisors will be involved?
​
Our Advisors are all entrepreneurs however, each has a particular area of expertise. The Turnaround Team meets regularly to review and brainstorm the challenges of our clients, and when necessary will be directly brought in to assist with your specific issues.

04 How long does the program take?
​
The time it takes to get the results you are looking for will depend on your specific circumstances and unique challenges, however, our engagements can be anywhere from 6 to 24 months, with the average range being 12 to 18 months.
05 How will we track KPI's and monitor progress?
​
Your Key Performance Indicators are a critical indication of how your company is doing. At The Turnaround Team we establish your KPI's with you at the outset and track these together with you and your leadership team on at least a monthly basis.
06 How often will we have a Strategic Planning Session?
​
We recommend an in depth Strategic Planning session together with your leadership team be conducted with your Advisor at least annually and more often if necessary to ensure that you and your team stay focused and are ready to capitalize on opportunities as your organization grows.
